Creating a Culture for Change

What’s keeping you from SUCCESS? When you consider the importance of establishing “the right” relationships, and the influence each has on your character, your decisions,  and your journey, you will begin pruning and planting for a great harvest!. Creating a culture for change requires self-reflection and building a system of beliefs and values that will produce and sustain a lifestyle of excellence! Changing undesired behaviors to “winning habits”  can open doors of opportunity.  You must be willing to “fight” every second to create the mental environment necessary for you to flourish!

A Winning Plan

Success without a plan is FAILURE! However,  even when we plan we sometimes fail. But being able to analyze the “weaknesses” in your plan can help you turn your failures into a staircase to the next level. Your purpose, dreams, goals, aspirations all successfully operate with the implementation of a plan. The 1st step in developing a “winning plan” is to identify your “target… where are you going...what do you want to accomplish?” Then, create a “doable map”, one you believe in. Your plan should include at minimum,  specific goals,  measures, actions, resources, and a time table.
“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.” ~ Picasso

Recognize the Need for Change

Change is inevitable! However, it's how you control the process of change that determines your next level. (Progression or Regression)

Identify needs in your life. Quite often it's the need that becomes the  driving force for change. When we focus on our needs we become accountable to something or someone.

Take care not to place unrealistic  demands on yourself. This creates opportunities for boredom and frustration. The change you're seeking stands in jeopardy of realization.

Be honest and realistic with yourself.
